As a new patient to the practice, we are pleased to welcome you and look forward to helping you with all your dental needs. We are happy to assist you in improving and maintaining your dental health.
You can register with us as a Denplan patient and a Private patient.
How to Register
To register, we would be grateful if you could either complete the registration form available via our website or call our practice on 01702 344500 for further details. In case you require urgent attention, please call the practice where prompt help will be available.

- We normally require a medical history form to be filled out prior to treatment so we can take care of any special requirements that you may have. Following that, you will be able to book an appointment to begin your dental treatment.
- If you are coming for routine dentistry, our highly skilled and caring dentists will ensure that your dental needs are looked after well.
- If you are looking to replace your missing teeth, you will be seeing our Implant dentist for an assessment along with the Implant treatment coordinator. They work as a team to ensure that you obtain the best treatment experience possible.
- If you are coming to see us because you want your teeth straightened, we usually offer a free consultation. At this appointment, the dentist will take the time to discuss all options available for your treatment and you will then be given an opportunity to return once you have made up your mind.
- During your visit to Westcliff Dental Practice, at no point will you feel pressurised into any treatment. We like to provide options for your treatment and will guide you through the process.
